Dear ICTAU members,

Notice is hereby given that the 4th ICT Association of Uganda Annual General Meeting will be held at Hive Colab on the 9th, December 2017, beginning at 11:00hours. This is a notice to paid-up members. 

The purpose of the meeting is;

1.   To receive report of the Directors and Accounts of the year ended.

2.   To elect the Board of Directors.

3.   To elect heads of committees which shall fall under the categories;

4.    To consider and if thought fit pass any resolution that will be considered as special resolution.
